“All the Saints Greet You”
By Jeanne M. Stevenson

The Master Artist Calls
God is always full of surprises and prepares us for what’s ahead! As a professional graphic designer and art director for 20+ years, I designed some note cards for a priest in thanksgiving for his teaching. I was on a path of deeper conversion where I actually met Jesus, and the evangelization and catechesis was just what I needed. Fr. John called me the next day and encouraged me to design more Catholic cards – he said, “Jeanne, there is nothing like this out there!” Taking it to prayer and after a pilgrimage to Rome, CARDS FOR HIS GLORY was launched in 2004, the Year of the Eucharist. The goal of these cards is to give glory to God through the beauty and message of a greeting card!
I have a full line of unique and attractive cards which combine striking design, my photography, art and inspiring quotes. The cards have an updated feel, yet portray the tradition of the Church. Make sure to see the backs of the cards for quotes, encouragement and subtle evangelization! I prayerfully approach each card – there is a story behind each of them. For instance, the Our Lady of Sorrows card and Fear Not cards were designed with a close loved one in mind – if tragedy caused such sorrow, I could only imagine how many other people are in dark places, in need of a kind word, something to lift their spirits to let them know they are loved and in our prayers.
Life is so crazy busy, but when we take time out to send an encouragement card, get a Mass for someone and send a Mass card, or actually send a birthday card through snail mail instead of the accepted cultural norm of texting “hap bday”, we lift someone’s spirits and let them know they are loved. That is giving glory to God as these are little ways we can “love one another”.
God love you!
